Defective RETURNS

     Sliding Shelf Store will accept returns on any Sliding Shelf made incorrectly or with defects.  Simply e-mail us for a return authorization.  When an authorized return is received and confirmed, we will replace the unit free of charge and refund your expense in shipping the defective unit back to us.

'I measured wrong' RETURNS

     If you have simply measured incorrectly, we can fix that.  Just e-mail us with the correct size and ask for a return authorization as above.   When the return is received and confirmed we will ship a new Sliding Shelf in the correct size at no charge.  You pay only the shipping cost. (Plus the cost of shipping the incorrect units to us.)

Other RETURNS

     All Sliding Shelves are custom-made.  We will make exchanges, as shown in 'Defective Returns' and 'I measured wrong' Returns above, but we will not accept returns for refund.

     Blind Corner Susans, Tip-Out Trays, Pull-Out Waste Bins, or other merchandise not manufactured by Sliding Shelf, LLC, may be returned any time within 30 days of purchase, with no re-stocking charge.  You will still need to obtain return authorization, or your return will be refused.  Make sure the item is packed properly to ship.  When the return is confirmed and the merchandise is complete, in it's original carton, and in good condition, we will credit the full purchase price, but not the shipping cost.
